Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to various countries, offering both standard and expedited options.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 12 - 22 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3 - 5 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active once the shipment has been processed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As a new business, Malaysian Halal Goods does not collect taxes on orders. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.

Damages

Malaysian Halal Goods is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
